Ross started his career in mortgage banking a few years back with a large national bank, now choosing Alpine as his home.

“I was most attracted to this company because of its culture and core values. It’s rare in this industry to work for a company who truly cares about its employees and does far beyond what’s necessary to make sure they’re happy, even if it may not be the most profitable direction. Alpine was not the biggest company at the time that I started here, but they were the best and still strive to be so. This is why I knew I found something unique.

What personally separates me and this company from our competition is the experience that people will receive during the loan process with us. During the past couple years, the availability of products has diminished greatly and it seems to consumers that all that’s left to compare is price. This couldn’t be further from the truth.”

Ross has built his team to excel in three areas which, in his opinion make or break the experience you will take away from this process. These are education, communication, and timeliness.

“Education is one of the greatest reasons for the housing crisis. Millions of people bought into a dream and knew little about the instruments they were using to do so. I believe that education is not only the responsibility of the consumer but the advisor as well. The loan process is very complicated these days and it takes many industry professionals working on the clients behalf to make sure it goes smoothly. This is why excellent communication is necessary to have a successful loan transaction and keep everyone informed. Being even one day late in this business can ruin transactions, cost clients money, and cause major headaches. This is why timeliness is crucial and being early is necessary and part of our goal on every transaction.”

In his free time, Ross enjoys motorsports, music, water sports, camping, hiking, being involved with his church and community, and spending time with his friends
