Jeff has lived in the Sacramento area for the past 25 years, building strong relationships in the community. Before joining Alpine Mortgage, Jeff was at Stanford Mortgage for nearly 7 years as a mortgage consultant. Prior to this Jeff worked as an investment advisor with TD Ameritrade and Waterhouse Securities for a combined 7 years. This experience enables Jeff to work closely with his clients, helping them determine which programs will best complement his client's financial picture.

The thought of buying a home seemed overwhelming from every aspect. When my fiancé and I thought we were getting close, we had no idea what the process looked like or if we were even competitive applicants considering the current market. Through the referral of our agent, we met with Jeff to start the conversation. We were extremely naïve and had very basic questions but Jeff went through the process step by step and had a thorough explanation for all of our questions. He had no idea at that time if we would continue with the process but it seemed like it did not matter. He was more concerned with us feeling comfortable than obtaining our business. Although we still weren’t sure if we were ready, the conversation with Jeff provided us with the ultimate security of knowing that when we did decide to move forward, we had someone in our corner to ensure every step was taken care of.
After a few months from our initial encounter with Jeff, we decided to start the process of looking for our first home. After less than 40 days from putting in our original offer, we were closing on our house. We couldn’t be more excited with our first home and with the service we received by working with Jeff. He even continued by connecting us to other services including insurance and a wonderful contractor. We have no plans on moving anytime soon but when we do, Jeff will be our first call.
