First I would like to say thank you for making my families dream come true. We were truly blessed to work with such wonderful people during the process in obtaining our home. We informed Freddie and Sylvia of our family dynamics and that we are trying to adopt two little angels, a boy and a girl, to complete our family. At that moment Freddie and Sylvia were all in and wanted to make our dream a reality. From there our journey begins and some of the days went smoother and than others, but we were all still plugging away. What myself and Marla thought were dead ends Freddie and Sylvia saw just another obstacle to plow through. So they knew the type of deadline we were up against to purchase our home in time for the state to certify our home for adoption. Communication was key throughout this whole process and there was sure plenty of it between emails, phone calls and text messages. There were times where we had doubts that it would be done but Freddie and Sylvia kept telling us to not give up. So the month of June came and went and then we started in July and about a week into July we found that the CAVIRS under my name had not cleared and that was what brought everything to a halt. We all came this far and could not go any further because of the CAVIRS. So about a week and half into July, we were suggested to contact FHA/HUD to clear it. Many phone calls were made and yielded nothing, until my wife and I decided to go the FHA building in Santa Ana. At that time an underwriter can and spoke to us and informed us that to have my name cleared it can take up to a year, that was a devastating blow to me and my family. We did have a follow up meeting with the underwriter two days later and Freddie met us there to verify all information and while there Freddie built a rapport with underwriter. Leaving the meeting the underwriter assured us that she would attack the matter as soon as possible and to her word she surely did, the matter was resolved by the following and we were able to move forward with the purchase of the home. Our family wants to say thank you to Freddie&Sylvia for the outstanding and persistent work, that they not only spoke about but showed during our journey.<br />
