Fred has been in the finance industry for nearly 30 years now, starting with a finance company where he had to spend most of his time collecting instead of the fun part of lending. About 20 years ago, Fred made the change to mortgage lending and now, he revels in helping his clients get the loan that best suits their needs.

A second generation Oregonian, Fred is a Vietnam era veteran and has special knowledge of all types of government lending, especially VA loans. His clients are his lifeline and he treats all of them like family.

Fred was raised on the family farm near Salem and attended Oregon State, but is not above rooting for the Ducks except during the Civil War game. A voracious reader and reasonably good cook, an old motorcycle injury limits his enjoyment of fishing and hunting.
