Apply for a Loan
This loan application process is completed in three easy steps.
1. Information You will Need
Before starting an application, you should have the following information on hand for each applicant:
- Social Security Number
- Gross monthly income
- Balance of asset accounts
- Current monthly debt expenses
- Two years of employment history
- Two years of residence addresses
- Estimated purchase price
- Estimated down payment amount
2. Choose your Application Type
We offer both the traditional in-person applications with our Mortgage Advisors as well as quick and easy online applications.
Applying online is secure and allows you to give us your required information quickly and conveniently, which in turn allows us to give you a loan decision quickly. It only takes a few minutes to fill out the online application.
Applying over the phone or in person allows you to give your information directly to a mortgage advisor. The advisor will go over each section of the application and complete it for you. To speak with an advisor, select your Mortgage Advisor from the list on the left.
3. Documentation we will need from you
Whether you apply online, over the phone or in person, you should be prepared to provide certain financial documentation. This supporting documentation can be scanned, faxed, mailed or hand delivered to your Mortgage Advisor when you meet. Typically your Mortgage Advisor will need the following to give you an accurate loan approval:
- Current month of pay stubs
- Last year’s W-2’s (Two years may be required)
- Current month's asset statements: checking, savings, money market, etc.
- Copy of divorce decree papers (if applicable)
- Copy of driver's license
