Trevor strives on the idea of a challenge. Whether it is a rush purchase that needs to close in 2 weeks for a real estate agent or saving a loan that was declined by another bank,
Trevor's team ensures a timely closing which includes an approval and documents to escrow on time or early if possible.

Trevor began his banking and real estate career in 2001 when he became a Loan Officer for a smaller broker firm. Though he had gone to college to be an Art Teacher it was then he found his passion and finally knew he had chosen the right career.

Trevor is driven to create raving fans. His vision is to have the client and Real Estate Agent feeling at ease throughout the entire transaction. Trevor understands that many people are under the assumption that buying your first house can be very stressful. That is why he has put a system in place designed to accommodate every clients individual needs. He has learned to do all the up front research so that clients are placed in the best loan for their situation, leading to more approvals. Trevor does this by living by two paradigms; always being available and getting loan documents to the title company 72 hours before they are expected to be there.

In his spare time, Trevor enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking art music and fishing.
