Currently managing over $60 million in mortgages, Larry has been working with Alpine Mortgage since its inception. Larry is a faculty member of the National Institute of Financial Education (NIFE) and is a Certified Liabilities Advisor (CLA). Focusing on educating his clients and teaching them sound financial habits has proven to be an approach that adds value and enriches lives. Larry specializes in mortgage strategy and planning from the first time homebuyer to the investor utilizing several properties; has co-authored Borrow Smart Retire Rich and speaks on a regular basis to professionals, colleges and fortune 500 companies throughout the Northwest. Larry was born and raised in Portland Oregon, lives in the same neighborhood, and is a vital member of the community. Because Larry is passionate about giving back (he is presently the chairman of Alpine Mortgage Planning's Community Cares Committee), he currently is a member of and donates time to several local non-profit organizations.
